Sessions are $80 for a full hour and provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore challenges like anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, and sexual wellbeing. With a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, I aim to create a space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow — whether you're navigating who you are, working through past experiences, or building stronger connections.
